The business owner recently added an addition to their building and upgraded some of their equipment, so they no longer have a need for this equipment. This auction's payment and pickup day is on Friday, March 4th from Noon - 4 pm on the North side of the building (455 Lincoln Ave NE in St. Cloud, MN 56304). Watch for signs.
Inspection is on Wednesday March 2nd from 1:00 - 3:00 pm.
We will have a forklift onsite to assist in loading your larger items. However, please bring proper tools, equipment and personnel to help load your other items, as help will NOT be available. By accepting any help in loading, you agree we are not responsible for any loss or damage, regardless of cause.

Items have to be paid for on the load out day(s). Load out day is not preview day! All items need to be picked up on pick up day during the time slot stated. Late payments and/or pickups will result in an additional $50.00 fee. Items not paid within auction pickup days will be reported as a "No Show" bidder. Items paid but not picked up within 7 days from close of auction will be considered "abandoned".
Items that are to be shipped need to be paid for in full before shipped out. No items will be released until paid for in full.
Every effort is made to describe the items as accurately as possible. It is the bidder’s responsibility to inspect before bidding, to be certain that the item meets your standards and expectations. Our descriptions are not a substitute for your inspection. No refunds!
Remember this is an auction. This is not a retail store. You are buying " AS IS Where IS". It is your responsibility to inspect your items. We do not inspect for you.

Bidder Responsibilities

Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.

Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.
Yes, we ship! Winning Bidder is responsible to contract with a shipping company of their choice to pick up and deliver larger sized items that do not fit in a standard sized box. We will prep the item as best as possible for your shipper and cost is dependent on how much labor is involved and the shipping product needed.
We charge $10.00 plus the actual cost of shipping per package for small to medium size packages, to help offset the cost of our labor in preparing your shipment and driving your shipment to shipper, shipping supplies and vehicle expenses in driving your package to the shipper. Larger packages and those requiring more shipping supplies than a standard box and newspaper are more and are dependent on how much and what is needed for supplies and the amount of time required to package it. This is a SERVICE to you and packages do not package themselves or drive themselves to the shipper.
Although we do make every effort to package and protect your items as best as possible, shippers do not handle your package in a delicate manner and therefore at times, item(s) may get broken. Once your item is shipped, we will email you with the tracking number along with the name of the shipper (when applicable). Any shipping issues thereafter are between you and the shipper. Customer is responsible for filing and handling any claim with the shipper.
