This room has NOT been PICKED or GONE THREW. It is the same way as the storage customer has left it and NO ONE can go INTO the unit until sold. You are allowed to look into the unit but not go in and or move/open/touch the contained inside nor is the storage facility according to the MN storage act and governed by law.
Special Note : CASH ONLY. There is NO dumpster so you will have to take ALL. There is no moving help so bring help. Each storage unit will require an additional $100 deposit payable before items can be removed. Deposit will be refunded only if storage unit is completely emptied and left in a broom swept condition.

Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct

Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the independent auction company managing the auction.
