Triple Flip Pan - for triple the amazement! This Triple Flip Pan consists of a base pan with a grill pan - for grilling meats and making paninis - and a circle pan - for burgers, pancakes and much more.
The base pan is the deeper pan and contains a liquid catch trap and a smooth surface - perfect for slow cooking stews and vegetables. The liquid catch trap on the lower pan is opposite the handle and located between the hinges - it allows excess steam and liquid to get trapped here and doesn't fly out when you flip the pan. The upper pans are shallower pans and can be used as a cover for the base pan or as separate pans for cooking burgers, grilling meats or making individual pancakes.
As with your earlier flip pan, this unique pan closes around your food so it can be flipped to cook without releasing moisture or flavor into the air! No extra lids to cover or remove and no constant watch over your dishes being cooked. With an induction cooktop-compatible base and a PFOA and PTFE free ceramic nonstick coating interior, this Triple Flip Pan is one of a kind. It includes a silicone gasket that seals the pan when shut to act as a low pressure cooker, perfect for steaming veggies. This Flip Pan also features an ultra powerful magnet that quickly and easily locks the handles shut when in use, sealing in all the moisture and flavor.
