Heavy to withstand long, slow hours of cooking and enameled for easy cleanup after, this braiser will fit the bill for your braising dishes. Braising typically means the food is first seared at a high temperature, then finished in a covered pot at a lower temperature with some flavoring liquid. Braising is an ideal way to cook tougher, more affordable cuts of meats. Compatible with all types of cooktops, you can sauté or brown the meats on the stovetop and finish cooking in the oven. When done, simply bring the dish over to the table and enjoy.
The lid features condensation dimples on the inside that help retain moisture in the food while its being cooked. You will not need to keep basting your food by removing the lid and letting out more moisture! All colors are gradient and gradually become darker closer to the base of the cookware and the rim of the lid.

Sales Tax
