It includes a silicone gasket that seals the pan when shut to act as a low pressure cooker, perfect for steaming veggies or slow roasting meats. An ultra powerful magnet quickly and easily locks the handles shut when in use, sealing in all the moisture and flavor. The cold forged aluminum construction offers amazing heat transfer and durability while the Fusion nonstick interior has outstanding release. The handles are stainless steel with bakelite for a cool touch.
