This Household auction is the family's personal household furniture, etc. and is the 5th and final in a series of 5 estate auctions, which is a complete liquidation of the personal property of a family estate who were local jewelers that owned and operated a jewelry store in the Little Falls area for many many years. All items in this series of auctions speak of fine taste and of high quality. Unless otherwise noted, you will find that items in these auctions are in great to mint condition. We have noted any flaws when found, but please be aware, due to the large number of items in this auction series, we may have missed a few, so please take advantage of the preview day to inspect items for yourself. NO RESERVES ON ANY ITEMS!! One auction will close each evening, beginning with the Jewelry Auction on Mon, 7/14 and continues through Thurs, 7/17, where the final 2 auctions will close. Pickup for all 5 of these auctions will be YOUR CHOICE of either Fri, 7/18 and/or Sat, 7/19. We also ship!!
This auction series consists of Jewelry, Collectibles (Precious Moments Dolls and Figurines, DeGrazia Collectibles, Hummel by Goebel Collectibles, and an Oil Lamp Collection), Glassware ~ (Fenton and Fine Crystal), and two auctions of Household ~ (More Fenton, Fine Crystal, Depression Glass, Vaseline Glass & other Glass, Silver, Furniture, Kitchen Ware, Appliances, Lawn & Garden Items, Handmade Quilts & Afghans, a Grandfather & Grandmother Clock, other clocks including several antique and vintage, and so much more). You need to check all auctions out for lots of fine and great quality items ~ you won't be disappointed. Bid on one or all five auctions and combine the pickup for all five on 1 of the 2 days of pickup that are available. If you cannot pickup or if distance is an issue, we also ship, just give us a call at 320.237.7828 to arrange.
This is an OFF-SITE auction. Auction items are located at 1705 Riverview Drive in Little Falls, MN 56345. We will have TWO DAYS available for pickup, your choice. Buy from one, two or all 5 auctions and combine pickup for all 5 on one of the two days available (Friday, July 18th Noon - 7:00 pm and/or Saturday, July 19th 10:00 am - 4:00 pm). High bidder is responsible to bring boxes and paper or bubble wrap to protect their item(s). Many items are "loose" and are not in boxes unless otherwise noted, especially a lot of the glassware and crystal. Please also bring a dolly and help to remove larger items. Some items may also need to be disassembled to be removed, so be sure to bring the proper tools too. Due to the large number of items in these 5 auctions and 2 days for pickup, help will not be available to help you load the larger items, so plan in advance. Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
