If you are looking for a camper that can get you from point A to point B and don't want to make a monthly payment the rest of your life this is your opportunity. This RV starts, runs and drives. It was driven to our auction location without issue. Owner stated RV has made trips to Wyoming, South Dakota, and all over the midwest.
The 350 Chevy has had a tune up in the last couple years, the transmission was also replaced within the last couple years. 6 Gallon Water heater was brand new in 2013 (plumbing leak discovered after installation and owner did not want to dig into it so it was never used).
Ducted furnace. (owner states works)
Duo-Therm BriskAir Air conditioner. We tested this and the fan works but I think it was already too cold out to get the compressor to kick in.

Onan 4000 watt, 33 amp generator (170 hrs shown) Model 4.0 PFA-1R/16004C. Generator worked before RV was stored, now just clicks when start switch is pressed.
Updated Dual CD player and speakers throughout RV.
Known Issues:
Roof has been sealed but there was evidence of a couple leaks after driving through rain so it needs some spot sealing. Spare tire is no good, wheel is there though. Brake light on dash goes on and off sporadically. Brakes pull to right when first applied and then smooth out (sticky caliper?). Oil pressure gauge does not seem to be working. Owner states cab heater does not work. RV was used in Arizona when it quit and heater was not needed so it was simply never fixed.
This little camper shows it's age but still has some life left in it for the individual who can spend some time providing some TLC. Owner has upgraded and it's time for "Lou Lou" to be sold. This is the perfect RV for pulling the boat up north and staying the weekend away from work. There may be a light bulb out here and there and some small things we forgot to mention. We didn't have the knowledge or resources to test the plumbing / sewer system. The owner has stated that other than the leak around the water heater plumbing everything else should be ok as far as they can remember.
We wrote the above description to the best of our knowledge. We are unable to test or didn't have the knowledge of every single function of the RV so please take the time to call with questions, schedule an inspection time, etc. This vehicle is being sold AS-IS. From Hwy 65 go West on 221st / 74 until stop sign. Go north from stop sign on Cedar Dr / 13. Watch for signs just before T in road. If you are using GPS sometimes it will require Bethel as the city.
Please note: GPS directions are very un reliable to this address! Make sure your GPS does not auto change the street to Cedar Creek Dr! You want just plain Cedar Dr NW! Make sure you understand where you are headed!
