Come prepared with help and equipment! Pick up is at loading dock height. Local trucks can be rented for one day in the metro area for very reasonable cost to accommodate the dock height pickup.

Loading information: Loading is at loading dock height. There is one dock with a ramp (see picture in lot 1). We do not have a forklift. We do have a pallet jack and a two-wheel dolly.
Trucks with lift gates can be rented at Penske in Forest Lake, driven here, used to load the safe, and driven back to your vehicle in Forest Lake where you'd use the lift gate to offload, all for less than $20/hour plus $.99/mile.
Or use Google to see if there's a place nearby that will rent you a forklift! Be creative!

Q: How much does the door weigh?
A: Approximately 1/3 of the total weight of the safe.
Q: Can the door be removed?
A: Yes. Open the door, remove the hinge caps. Lift the door carefully – you will need a team lift, the door is very heavy and cannot be replaced.

V-Man will not be shipping any of the large items. The portable cases and smaller safes can be shipped. Contact us to make arrangements.
Please note that all items are at standard dock height, approx. 48 inches. If you are purchasing a large item, please bring the necessary manpower, equipment and vehicle needed to load the item. Help with loading will not be available.
There is NO ALTERNATE PICKUP ARRANGEMENT! ONE DAY LOAD-OUT ONLY! Pick up and pay dates are not flexible.If you cannot arrange to have the item paid for and picked up during the scheduled time, please do not bid.

Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the independent auction company managing the auction.
There will be limited shipping for this sale, namely the smaller safes under 50# and personal items. Handling starts at $7.50. We use Speedee for most deliveries, Fedex when necessary, and USPS only when it saves you money.
