There is an incredible amount of items in this auction - far beyond what can be counted in a day or two. For that reason we have taken a unique approach to this auction and have decided to list it as one lot. The high bidder takes all. This is an ideal scenario for someone who is in the business of reselling these types of items, such as an EBay store or another gift establishment. The seller has offered the high-bidder up to one year of rent free access to the space, provided they take-over the minimal utility fees. This will give them ample time to remove the items. The building pictured is not included in the sale of this auction. Due to the sheer numbers of items, all numbers are an estimate of the items in this auction .
