    Earnest money is $50,000.00 non-refundable in certified funds due upon signing purchase agreement, closing on or before 60 days from auction close.  Earnest money will be credited to buyer funds at title closing.  Winning bidder party must contact Matt Johnson of Assets2Cash by Tuesday, August 5th, 2014 to set purchase agreement signing AT THE Blaine property on or before August 8th, 2014 at or before 2 pm.  Property is being offered AS IS without any contingencies.

INVOICED ITEMS WILL NOT BE AWARDED. The payment is punitive and meant to deter no-shows. Duplicate bidder accounts will be deactivated when they are determined to exist. If possible and at our discretion, K-BID reserves the right to delete any bid we believe has been placed by a suspect bidder. If the reserve is lowered after the auction closes, the highest bidder at auction close will receive a winning bidder invoice.
