    Earnest money is $50,000.00 non-refundable in certified funds due upon signing purchase agreement, closing on or before 60 days from auction close.  Earnest money will be credited to buyer funds at title closing.  Winning bidder party must contact Matt Johnson of Assets2Cash by Tuesday, August 5th, 2014 to set purchase agreement signing AT THE Blaine property on or before August 8th, 2014 at or before 2 pm.  Property is being offered AS IS without any contingencies. 

  2. The Valuation of the Individual Components Purchased in this Sale, Including Real Property, Hard line Equipment, Inventory and Goodwill will be Discussed at the Purchase Agreement Signing.

Auction Process

  • Items with a reserve will not sell unless the reserve price is met.
  • Affiliates may lower reserves at any time:
    • During the auction: updated reserve status will be displayed.
    • After closing: the highest bidder may be awarded the item if the reserve is lowered.
  • At closing, items with active bidding will remain open until no bids are received for three (3) minutes.
  • Outbid notifications are not sent once an item enters the closing process.

Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.

If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:

  • Reinstatement is at K-BID’s discretion
  • Requires payment of:
    • 20% penalty on unpaid invoice(s)
    • $25 reinstatement fee
  • A valid government-issued ID must be provided
  • Unpaid items will not be awarded
