This unit has some mouse damage to each bunk end cushion. 2-3" Hole chewed thru the top fabric on each end. Also one dinette cushion has 2" hole chewed into it. The front canvas on the door side has multiple chew spot thru the panel that zips up and they are taped together for now. Expect some minor TLC repairs for these items.
