We understand that in life things happen that make it so you are not able to make the pick up time listed. Please call us before the auction pick up time and we will make arrangements with you for another pick up time. We will ask for credit card information to hold your item until then. If you do not pick it up on the rescheduled date your card will be charged plus a $10.00 late fee will be incurred. It will then be at our discretion to determine how to proceed with your pick up and whether payment will be kept and the item relisted.

At the close of the auction active items will remain open until no bids have been received for three minutes.

Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.
Shipping is available on most items. Please check ahead of time to find out shipping, packaging & any other additional fees for a specific item as costs vary depending on item. There will be at least a $10 handling fee charged per shipment to cover labor and packing materials.
