Occupancy/certificate is good for up to 10 people at no additional charge. Check in is anytime after 3:00 pm on Saturday 7/30/16. Check out is by 9:00 am on Saturday, 8/6/16. Package is for the entire 7-night/8-day stay. Items have to be paid for on the load out day(s). Load out day is not preview day! All items need to be picked up on pick up day during the time slot stated. Late payments and/or pickups will result in an additional $25.00 fee. Items not paid within auction pickup days will be reported as a "No Show" bidder. Items paid but not picked up within 7 days from close of auction will be considered "abandoned".
Items that are to be shipped need to be paid for in full before shipped out. No items will be released until paid for in full.
