1978 23' Jayco Travel Trailer. Good Rubber, solid frame. Could be used as is or could use some tlc. Has bunk bed in front and two beds in the rear on either side. Has air conditioning unit, in which consignor stated it worked with its last use. Propane hookup, water, and electric hookups. Big shower in back, nice sized bathroom. Plenty of storage space. As for fix up if one so desired, it could use replacement windows, a retrofit of some decking in the entrance area. (soft spot) In the front corner of the unit there is a gap that would need some siding work. This would be great for hunting, camping or work.
