Our client had the unique opportunity to cherry pick a large lot of new scratch and dent returns. He was able to carefully go through a warehouse and hand selected these items, picking out only the highest quality items that appeared to have the least amount of issues. This auction is indeed a CHERRY PICKED High End Scratch and dent lot with names such as Ashley, Wine Enthusiast, FireKing, Gardall, American Heritage, Klaussner, Papaya Tree, and more. The other unique thing about this auction is it has a diverse amount of items such as High End Wine Coolers, Gun Safes, Furniture, Mattresses, and more.
Preview and pick up located 1081 Hwy 36 E Maplewood, MN 55109. Bidders are responsible to preview on Friday, July 18th, 2014 from 1pm - 8pm to determine condition and quality. Winning bidder must pick up on Thursday, July 24th, 2014, from 1pm - 8pm. Kendrick Auctions accepts Cash, and Credit Card. We DO NOT accept checks.

IMPORTANT NOTE: If the high bidder of an item does NOT acknowledge the purchase, K-BID systems reserves the right to determine how and to whom it will be resold. If we determine that the winning bid was not a bona fide bidder, the item WILL NOT AUTOMATICALLY go to the next second-highest bid.

Inspection & Removal

Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the independent auction company managing the auction.
No shipping is available for this auction. Items are quite large and heavy. Winning bidder will need to bring their own help to load and haul away.
