This **NO RESERVE** auction consists of tools and woodworking supplies from a couple who are downsizing. The husband is unable to continue any woodworking and they are now letting go of all his woodworking equipment and supplies. The equipment has been well maintained over the years and owners state all items work. We tested most items and noted results in each lot tested. You will find some great vintage pieces in this auction, and everything is worth checking out. This is a great auction for anyone that is just starting to set up a workshop or anyone looking to add additional pieces. There is a great vintage ShopSmith Mark V with additional accessory pieces in this auction that is great for anyone who is looking for a very well built tool system and/or is tight on woodworking space.
Items are located in St. Cloud, MN. For security reasons, we are not listing the street address. Call Granite City Auctions for appointment and address on inspection day (Wednesday 9/21/16). Actual address will be listed on invoices.

Items have to be paid for on the load out day(s). Load out day is not preview day! All items need to be picked up on pick up day during the time slot stated. Late payments and/or pickups will result in an additional $50.00 fee. Items not paid within auction pickup days will be reported as a "No Show" bidder. Items paid but not picked up within 7 days from close of auction will be considered "abandoned". There is a separate $50 trip charge to meet winning bidders who cannot pick up during stated pick up time.
Items that are to be shipped need to be paid for in full before shipped out. No items will be released until paid for in full.
Every effort is made to describe the items as accurately as possible. It is the bidder’s responsibility to inspect before bidding, to be certain that the item meets your standards and expectations. Our descriptions are not a substitute for your inspection. No refunds!

Bidders are responsible for knowing and complying with auction terms. Failure to comply with removal terms may result in bidding privileges being disabled. Once a bid is placed it cannot be retracted.
Sellers and their agents are prohibited from bidding on their own assets.
Items with a reserve will not be sold unless the reserve price has been met.
At the close of the auction, active items will remain open until no bids have been received for three minutes.

In the event that bidding rights are terminated due to no-show invoices, bidders MAY be reinstated at the discretion of K-BID only after a penalty fee of 20% of the unpaid invoice(s) and a reinstatement fee of $25.00 has been paid to K-BID and a scanned copy of your driver's license emailed to us. INVOICED ITEMS WILL NOT BE AWARDED. The payment is punitive and meant to deter no-shows. Duplicate bidder accounts will be deactivated when they are determined to exist. If possible and at our discretion, K-BID reserves the right to delete any bid we believe has been placed by a suspect bidder. Any registration that shows up on our fraud detection system may be placed on hold and bids removed until the user is verified. K-BID Online, Inc reserves the right to disallow anybody from bidding on its website. Cases of obvious bidding with no intent to redeem will be referred to appropriate legal authorities.
Affiliates may lower a lot reserve at any time before or after an auction closes. If the reserve is lowered while the auction is in progress, the applicable reserve message will appear below the Next Required Bid information (Reserve Not Met or Reserve Has Been Met); the asset will sell to the high bidder if the lowered reserve amount is met. If the reserve is lowered after the auction closes, the highest bidder at auction close will receive a winning bidder invoice.
Once an auction begins its closing process, outbid notifications will not be sent.
Once a bid is placed it cannot be retracted.
Yes, we ship! We charge $10.00 plus the actual cost of shipping per package for small to medium size packages, to help offset the cost of our labor in preparing your shipment and driving your shipment to shipper, shipping supplies and vehicle expenses in driving your package to the shipper. Larger packages and those requiring more shipping supplies than a standard box and newspaper are more and are dependent on how much and what is needed for supplies and the amount of time required to package it. This is a SERVICE to you and packages do not package themselves or drive themselves to the shipper. Although we do make every effort to package and protect your items as best as possible, shippers do not handle your package in a delicate manner and therefore at times, item(s) may get broken. Once your item is shipped, we will email you with the tracking number along with the name of the shipper. Any shipping issues thereafter are between you and the shipper. Customer is responsible for filing and handling any claim with the shipper.
