The John Deere 7775 Skid Steer Loader is more versatile and easier to operate than previous models. It has a universal quick hitch that fits a variety of attachments, allowing users to complete a range of loading jobs. It comes with the Series 220 4 cylinder motor. The rubber is very good on this loader and as you can see by the video it runs great, has a huge lifting height and turns on a dime.
This machine is being sold for a consignor and is listed and sold as is with no warranties expressed or implied. It is the responsibility of the bidder to inspect the machine prior to bidding. Types of Payments Accepted: On this sale we will accept all major Credit Cards (on major purchases over $4,000 our credit card processing company charges us 5.5% and that is passed on to the purchaser as a surcharge), Cashier's Checks, Cash and Money Orders. Olde Glory Auction Services, LLC reserves the right to refuse payment if Money Order of Cashier's Check is from a non-recognized financial institution. We do not accept personal checks, business checks, or business drafts.

At the close of the auction active items will remain open until no bids have been received for three minutes.
IMPORTANT NOTE: If the high bidder of an item does NOT acknowledge the purchase, K-BID systems reserves the right to determine how and to whom it will be resold. If we determine that the winning bid was not a bona fide bidder, the item WILL NOT AUTOMATICALLY go to the next second-highest bid.

Bidder Responsibilities

Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.

Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.
Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.
THIS ITEM CANNOT BE SHIPPED. It is the responsibility of the buyer to bring adequate vehicles and labor to load and haul this machine. olde Glory Auction Services does not provide loading or delivery service due to insurance restrictions. We will not load this unit or assist with loading this unit so please bring adequate equipment and labor to handle the job.
Items left behind after the load out date will be assessed a fee of $50 per day for storage.
