Included is a ceiling fan with lights, blinds for all the windows, and 2 AC electrical outlets on opposite sides of the interior. Electricity supply is provided by a standard connection that can be plugged into an extension cord run to the outside of the building. There is a small section of siding that is missing from the exterior, included in this sale is enough matched siding to replace it, along with extra trim channel.
