If bidders cannot make it on pick up day, please call to pay over the phone and we will arrange a pick up day that will be convenient for you. All items not paid on pick up date will be forfeited. Paid items not picked up within 7 days will also be forfeited. We know your schedules are hectic, but so is ours, so please be considerate of our time as we are of yours and call if you cannot make it to pick up. We are located in the old brewery warehouse between Arcade Street and Payne Ave on the East side of St. Paul. Look for the Everest LLC street sign. The building has a large LEASING sign on it, which can be clearly seen from the street. We are on the second floor. Inspection & Removal

Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.

Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the independent auction company managing the auction.
Shipping is not available.
