Inspection: Monday and Tuesday December 19 and 20. from 12 :00 to 3:00 p.m. Please inspect before you bid if you've not been to our auctions before. We strive to give accurate descriptions and pictures and most of our bidders are returning winning bidders. Our merchandise is all new in the box retail inventory and not "returns" or broken merchandise. We handle end-lots and discontinued products for many national firms and have been in this business for 37 years.
Removal: December 27 to 30 from 11:00 am to 4:00 p.m. We close promptly at 4:00 so arrive in plenty of time. You must call ahead (218) 736-7000 for a removal appointment so we can have your purchases ready for you. You may not leave boxes or garbage on our premises. Please bring sufficient vehicle for your purchases (if you need to know approximate cubic space just call us). 8 pallets will not fit in a K-car. Many of these lots are big, bulky lots that take up a part of all of a 4 x 4 pallet.

Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the independent auction company managing the auction.
Shipping is not available for this auction. We do not ship. We will palletize your purchases for pickup by your LTL carrier for $25.00 per pallet. We do not arrange shipping, that is up to you to arrange and schedule your carrier.
