For auctions contracted and managed by an Independent Affiliate, K-BID Online, Inc. is acting as a venue only and will not be involved in any disputes or issues regarding this auction. Everything is sold “as is, where is” with no guarantees or warranties. You are responsible for inspecting items prior to purchase. There is a 13% BUYERS PREMIUM (13% BP) on this auction. All NON-Credit/Debit Card payments MADE IN-FULL (invoiced amount) will receive a 3% Reduction in BUYERS PREMIUM (10% BP). Applicable Minnesota Sales Tax will be collected. At the close of the auction active items will remain open until no bids have been received for three minutes. IMPORTANT NOTE: If the high bidder of an item does NOT acknowledge the purchase, K-BID systems reserves the right to determine how and to whom it will be resold. If we determine that the winning bid was not a bona fide bidder, the item WILL NOT AUTOMATICALLY go to the next second-highest bid.

PREVIEW: We do our best to describe the items properly, however, if you bid and win and when you come to pick it up it isnt what you expect, you will be required to take it anyway. Even if you call me and ask me a question about an item, that does not override your need to preview. Many times when I am called, I am not in front of the item or the picture and can not be held responsible for what I say about the item... ONLY THE PERSONAL PREVIEW can help you determine EXACTLY what is in the lot and the quality.. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!
Everything is AS IS.. No warranties. IT is for this reason I encourage you to take advantage of the time I have made available to preview so you will know it works.. Even if I test it and it works, I can not be held responsible if when you get it home it does not work. These items are used and could develop issues at any time. This is the exception rather than the rule, but it could happen. Your preview lessens the chance this will happen to you.
PICTURES are NOT the final description of the lot. If EVERTHING in the picture is included we will specifically say so. Just because something is in the background of the picture, does not mean it is included in the lot. Many times we work in very crowded conditions and it is not always possible to eliminate everything from the background. ONLY THE WRITTEN DESCRIPTION determines what is in the lot.
CHERRY PICKING
More than likely you will get some good deals here. What that means is you take EVERYTHING.. No cherry picking the lots. I am a liquidator and part of my service is that I make everything go away. Most people understand and sorry I have to put it in my terms".

Platform Role
K-BID Online, Inc. (“K-BID”) operates and maintains K-BID.com as a venue for independent auction companies (“Affiliates”) to conduct online auctions.
Affiliates are independent entities and are not employees, agents, or representatives of K-BID. K-BID’s knowledge of individual auctions is limited to the information provided on the website.
Bidder Responsibilities
By placing a bid, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to comply with all applicable terms.
Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.
Item Condition
All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.
Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.
Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.
If you can’t pick these items up during the time listed, or in the location, please do not bid, or arrange for pickup. If you do not pick these items up during the allotted pickup time, we will assess a 5.00 per lot per day fee. We have NO TOOLS for your use. We do not ship..
If you make arrangements for an alternate pick up time and do not pick it up, it will only be held for 1 week. After that it is considered abandoned. It will be resold, or donated and your money will NOT be refunded.
