The third auction from a lifetime collection of NASCAR and Dale Earnhardt Memorabilia. Many of these are hard to find collectable cars that are in their original boxes with certificates of authenticity. Retail on these is between 40 and 180.00 or more. Thanks for looking..

That way when the auction ends and your bidder number comes up we can start boxing up items to ship out, Thanks! We will ship USPS priority mail with tracking numbers. Not all items are able to be shipped so call ahead if you are in doubt - mostly glass and art may not be shipped.

Everything is sold “as is, where is” with no guarantees or warranties. You are responsible for inspecting items prior to purchase. There is a 13% BUYERS PREMIUM (13% BP) on this auction. All NON-Credit/Debit Card payments MADE IN-FULL (invoiced amount) will receive a 3% Reduction in BUYERS PREMIUM (10% BP). If payment by Credit card is utilized remotely and not swiped (For those bidders who wish to bid but need items shipped to them), an additional credit card fee of one half percent (.5%) may be charged to cover additional fees the merchant account charges. This additional fee does not apply to regular credit card purchases if used during normal pickup of items.
Applicable Minnesota Sales Tax will be collected.
At the close of the auction active items will remain open until no bids have been received for three minutes.
IMPORTANT NOTE: If the high bidder of an item does NOT acknowledge the purchase, K-BID systems reserves the right to determine how and to whom it will be resold. If we determine that the winning bid was not a bona fide bidder, the item WILL NOT AUTOMATICALLY go to the next second-highest bid.

Platform Role
K-BID Online, Inc. (“K-BID”) operates and maintains K-BID.com as a venue for independent auction companies (“Affiliates”) to conduct online auctions.

Bidder Responsibilities
By placing a bid, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to comply with all applicable terms.
Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.
Item Condition
All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.
Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.
Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.
NordCentral QMSA WILL ACCEPT Bids by customers who need items shipped to them with payment by remote credit card transactions in accordance with the terms identified in the notes and terms section if request is made in advance. The United Stated Postal Service (USPS) will be utilized for shipping with Priority Mail or flat rate parcels utilized. Please contact NordCentral QMSA at 507-400-4422 if you require shipping/delivery or other arrangements before bidding to ensure we can accommodate your needs. We will make all arrangements to lower or minimize costs and will provide tracking numbers the type of service provides. Insurance costs will be the responsibility of the buyer, however USPS Priority Mail does allot for up to 50.00 USD in package insurance. Additional costs would include any bubble mailers or packaging materials needed at a minimal charge up to but not to exceed 1.50 USD. Again we will do everything we can to keep costs minimal if you require shipping of items but you need to please call in advance to set up otherwise we require you to pick up items during the allotted timeframes.
