We will state to the best of our abilities the condition of the product
New- Means sealed package
Not Used- It is an open box item that has never been used (many open by us to verify contents most of them tools)
Used- Used item- we test/turn on the items that we can, if not able to test we will let you know in the description.
Customer Return Program- This items are new, customers canceled the order before it could be shipped and item can not be place back on inventory.
Seasonal-Discontinue Items- This items are new but most often we will open boxes to verify contents and condition of item .
We use Stock photos as well as actual photos on New items, and Open Boxes of items that require assembly. Please be sure to review all photos on the item.

At the close of the auction active items will remain open until no bids have been received for three minutes.
IMPORTANT NOTE: If the high bidder of an item does NOT acknowledge the purchase, K-BID systems reserves the right to determine how and to whom it will be resold. If we determine that the winning bid was not a bona fide bidder, the item WILL NOT AUTOMATICALLY go to the next second-highest bid.

Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.
