Affinity Auctions brings you another great opportunity! With 125 lots you're sure to find something you'll like! With their being so many items, we tried to maintain a consistent flow of the lots to help you easily navigate the items! Although not a perfect science, you will find like items grouped together.

Inspection is set for Saturday, March 4th from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm. Please plan accordingly if you would like to preview any of the items in this auction.
Removal will be Saturday, March 11th from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm. Please do not bid on an item if you cannot pick up during the removal time. If you are requesting shipping or special arrangement for removal, please submit those requests prior to the removal time. Pre-payment will be required.
We have a limited amount of small boxes and paper packaging for purchases of glassware and/or china. Please come prepared with you own to be sure your item make it home safely

At the close of the auction active items will remain open until no bids have been received for three minutes. IMPORTANT NOTE: If the high bidder of an item does NOT acknowledge the purchase, K-BID systems reserves the right to determine how and to whom it will be resold. If we determine that the winning bid was not a bona fide bidder, the item WILL NOT AUTOMATICALLY go to the next second-highest bid.

Bidder Responsibilities

Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.

All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.
Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.
Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the independent auction company managing the auction.
Shipping available for all items as requested. Buyer pays all associated shipping costs including a $35 shipping set-up charge per shipped address. If one customer purchases 4 items and wants them shipped all the the same address, only one fee of $35 will apply. Please contact us if you need more details prior to bidding.
