Remington Rand - The Safe Cabinet- old time bank vault. We have the keys and the combinations. This heavy duty vault is rated as a class A fire safe, measures 85" wide x 41" deep x 50-1/2" high. The safe has pocket doors, roll out drawers and drawer sections. We know the safe weighs less than 5000 pounds because it can be lifted with a #5000 capacity forklift without difficulty. The business owners will load this safe onto your vehicle if you are the luck winner. THE OWNERS WILL USE THEIR FORKLIFT TO LOAD THIS ITEM INTO YOUR VEHICLE. The safe is in nice usable condition. The photos you are looking at were taken of the safe in LOT 101 and used as representative photos for this safe (LOT 102) and LOT 103 because it was the easiest to get complete photos of LOT 101. This safe is very similar in condition to LOT 101. Inspection and removal are by appointment. Payment must be made by telephone 952-920-8922 or in person at 3250 Gorham Ave, St Louis Park, MN 55426 on Wednesday, April 26th or Thursday, April 27 between 8 am and 5 pm. Removal must be completed by May 5th. The removal schedule is strict because the building has been sold.
