This family lived this historic home for over 70 years. The furniture reflects that! We are always looking for fabulous estates to represent. Even on our smaller auctions we have in excess of 200 people attending.
Go six tenths of a mile north of Casey's on US Highway 10 in Lake Park. Lake Park is 12 miles west of Detroit Lakes and 30 miles east of Fargo/Moorhead. We have the cedar shakes and green trim next to the café. A great place to eat until 2:00 pm. Then go to the Ol' School Malt Shop after that.
Linda will have her baking done and the Keurig sits in the corner waiting to be abused!

At the close of the auction active items will remain open until no bids have been received for three minutes. IMPORTANT NOTE: If the high bidder of an item does NOT acknowledge the purchase, K-BID systems reserves the right to determine how and to whom it will be resold. If we determine that the winning bid was not a bona fide bidder, the item WILL NOT AUTOMATICALLY go to the next second-highest bid.

Removal day is not an inspection day.

Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.
Many items on this auction are too big to ship. Call ahead to see if we can ship based on size. We will be happy to ship your auction items for an additional $5.00 handling fee.
Depending on distance we could deliver for a fee with our box truck. Call ahead of time and we can have a conversation.
Our preferred method of shipping is through Spee-Dee, otherwise we utilize the most economic service alternative available for your area.
