Condition: This item is being sold as part of a bank owned foreclosure. Equipment was in working order over a year ago. Has not been tested or operated since. Item is sold as is with no warranties expressed or implied.
Forklift on site to help with loading free of charge on assigned removal days only. Truck dock on site also available for loading. No ground level loading available. Please bring acceptable equipment for loading purposes.

All items won need to be paid for and picked up or paid for and shipping arrangements made on the removal date. If you need extra time to pick up your items, please call on the removal date and make your payment; we will hold your items for up to 7 days after the items have been paid for in full. If the items are not picked up within that 7 days after payment, you will have forfeited your purchase and we will donate those items. Please don't bid on these items unless you are willing to pay for and remove the items you win. No Show bidders will be noted and their bidder numbers suspended.

Bidder Responsibilities

Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.
Item Condition
All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.
Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.
Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.

Please do not bid if you are unable to pick the item up and unwilling to pay for the item to be shipped.
