The storage unit was abandoned by the owner and it has gone through all the legal channels in MN to be considered abandoned property and is therefore being sold by the storage facility. You must take EVERYTHING from the storage unit and leave it in rentable condition. Storage Wars - You take it ALL. The Pickup or possession date can be flexible up to one week after closing.
The appliances are all in working order and nice presentable condition to our knowledge. They may need a gentle cleaning. The apartment complex has a schedule of replacement times. This is an offsite pickup location just one block from our office. Come to our office first and then we will escort you to the location. Trailers and pickups are strongly encouraged.
We are located in beautiful downtown Lake Park MN just 30 minutes east o the FM area. Go north off US Highway 10 at Casey's, six tenths of a mile and we are the building with cedar shakes and green trim on the west side of the street.

Our preferred method of shipping is through Spee-Dee, otherwise we utilize the most economic service alternative available for your area.
