Local nursery selling plant stock for your spring gardening! Shade, ornamental, fruit, and evergreen trees, perennials and ground covers, berries and cherries and phlox, Oh My! Note convenient two day pickup options.
Please note: Sale ends Thursday before Memorial Day weekend. We recognize that many of you may have travel plans, so we're extending a pickup option for Friday, May 26. ALL FRIDAY PICKUPS MUST BE PREPAID BY CREDIT CARD. NO EXCEPTIONS! Call Kim at 763-218-6591 to make credit payment for Friday Pickup.
Saturday pickup as normal, stated in the hours below and on your invoice, no checks.
NOTE: Each lot shows at least one "stock" image, showing what the plant is expected to look like at full maturity. The actual item being sold is also pictured, but is NOT a mature plant as in the stock image.

Bidder Responsibilities

Inspection & Removal

Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.

All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.
Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.
Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the independent auction company managing the auction.
There is no shipping for this sale. However, we can bring your items to Elk River or Prior Lake for local pickup for a handling fee starting at $10.
Elk River option requires pre-payment by credit card (unless we've done business with you and know you're not going to waste our time).
