The Broan(R) Allure(TM) III line of range hoods feature quiet blowers, exceptional ventilation performance and bright lighting of work surfaces. They are 50% quieter than the average range hood. The design features a four speed electronic control with delayed "off" and filter reminder, smooth surfaces, a fully enclosed non-stick underside and 2 aluminum professional-style dishwasher-safe filters that provide the easiest clean-up of any range hood. The 3 level dual halogen light system (bulbs not included) is designed to flood your cooking surface with a bright light, the low light setting provides the perfect night light. The centrifugal blower system eliminates smoke and moisture more quietly and effectively than the average hood or over-the-range microwave. Advance Heat Sentry(TM) detects excessive heat and adjusts hood speed for proper ventilation. Allure(TM) simply performs better than any other hood.
Miscellaneous home improvement and household items for all contractors . Used outdoor maintenance equipment great for any small parts enthusiast. New and used interior and exterior home furniture. Big name high definition televisions. Most items are used/damaged products that will require some t.l.c . A few items may never reach their original working state but would be great to strip for parts.
Pick up days will be the immediate Saturday after auction close. Our pickup days are strict . PLEASE HAVE OUR REMOVAL DATE IN MIND BEFORE BIDDING. There will be NO other pickup days offered. Any unsettled invoices but 2:30 p.m. on your scheduled Saturday removal will be marked as a "no show" and will forfeit item completely along with k-bids own consequences.

At the close of the auction active items will remain open until no bids have been received for three minutes. All winning items must be picked up on the specified removal day, or other arrangements must be made by purchaser.
Any paid-for items not picked up within 30 days by the purchaser will be considered abandoned property and forfeited without a refund.
IMPORTANT NOTE: If the high bidder of an item does NOT acknowledge the purchase, K-BID systems reserves the right to determine how and to whom it will be resold. If we determine that the winning bid was not a bona fide bidder, the item WILL NOT AUTOMATICALLY go to the next second-highest bid.

Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.
