Features: Good tires, clean upholstery, swivel adjustable driver and passenger seats, full kitchen with stove, oven, refrigerator, sinks . Also shower and bathroom, rear double bed bedroom, sitting area with 2 swivel chairs and table, dinning table and seats fold into bed. Furnace, water heater,shower, sink, toilet, generator and roof A/C. Owner has not used them and is unsure if they work, feel free to test them power can be used during inspection. This is just a list of what it has. Used very little and didn't use bathroom or kitchen. A.c. does blow out cold air.
