INVOICED ITEMS WILL NOT BE AWARDED. The payment is punitive and meant to deter no-shows. Duplicate bidder accounts will be deactivated when they are determined to exist. If possible and at our discretion, K-BID reserves the right to delete any bid we believe has been placed by a suspect bidder. Any registration that shows up on our fraud detection system may be placed on hold and bids removed until the user is verified. 1. If We Do Have To Ship Any Items We Charge a $20 Handling Fee Plus What Ever Shipping Comes To. The Reason We Updated Our Shipping Terms Is Due To The Fact We Have To Package Items & Bring Them To The Location So They Can Be Shipped Out Since We Do Not Have a Contract With A Shipping Company.
