Beautiful credenza by Executive Desk Company in cherry veneer. The credenza is not an exact match for desk in Lot 670 but was used with it. The credenza has two cabinets-one on each end and each cabinet has 1 adjustable shelf inside. There are also 2 file drawers that can accommodate regular or legal files. Well taken care of item in very nice condition. This item is very heavy and does not come apart. Please bring your own dolly, blankets and whatever else you might need to get this item down a set of stairs and out a regular size door to the parking lot. There will be no assistance with loading and no equipment for you to use-you must be prepared to do this on your own.
The pick up date for items won in this auction is Friday, July 28th, 2017 from 9 am to 11:30 AM. IF YOU CANNOT PICK UP ON THAT DAY, DURING THE TIME STATED, PLEASE DO NOT BID. NO ALTERNATE PICK UP DAYS OR TIMES WILL BE GRANTED. Please come to pick up with a vehicle appropriate for the size and number of items won. Bring extra people for carrying and lifting items into your vehicle if necessary.
