Fully operational industrial woodworking shop is liquidating all of it's assets. All of the heavy industrial equipment will be palletized and ready to haul out of a loading dock (~48 - 52") on removal day. Please bring help and the appropriate vehicle to haul as some of these pieces are large and can weight up to 2300 pounds. If you don't have a dock loadable truck/trailer then a forklift will be available for a $50 flat fee.

2. REMOVAL IS ON TUESDAY, AUGUST 29th FROM 10AM to 6PM.
3. A $5 FEE WILL BE CHARGED TO ANY PAYMENTS MADE AFTER 5PM. A $25 FEE WILL BE CHARGED FOR ANY PICK-UPS OUTSIDE OF THE REMOVAL DATE UNLESS ARRANGEMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE PRIOR TO BIDDING
4. PLEASE BRING THE APPROPRIATE HELP AND VEHICLE FOR LOADING AND HAULING. EVERYTHING WILL BE PALLETIZED AND A PALLET JACK IS AVAILABLE ON THE DAY OF REMOVAL. ALL ELECTRICAL WILL BE DISCONNECTED PRIOR TO REMOVAL.
5. The large pieces will need to be loaded from a loading dock (48-52"). Please bring the appropriate vehicle to load and haul the larger equipment.

This auction is contracted and managed by an independent affiliate. By placing a bid, you agree to both the auction-specific terms listed on this page and the K-BID User Terms and Agreements.
Platform Role
K-BID Online, Inc. (“K-BID”) operates and maintains K-BID.com as a venue for independent auction companies (“Affiliates”) to conduct online auctions.
Affiliates are independent entities and are not employees, agents, or representatives of K-BID. K-BID’s knowledge of individual auctions is limited to the information provided on the website.
Bidder Responsibilities
By placing a bid, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to comply with all applicable terms.
Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.
Item Condition
All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.
Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.
Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.
Auction House can ship any item(s) that will fit into a 12" x 12" x 8" (or smaller) box and weighs under 50 pounds. A $8 packing materials & handling/hauling fee is added to the actual shipping cost (check www.usps.com under "Calculate a Price").
Auction House can ship either Spee-Dee or USPS (we cannot ship Fed-Ex or UPS). Larger items (such as furniture) can be shipped via a third party company. Call for details before bidding if you are considering having a large item shipped as the cost can be quite substantial.
If you purchase a number of items then multiple 12" x 12" x 8" boxes (or smaller) can be used. There is a $8 per box fee + actual shipping costs per box.
Priority Mail comes with tracking & $50 insurance. If more insurance is needed then the buyer must pay for the auction cost of the additional insurance. Auction House is not liable for lost/damaged items once the item has been dropped off at USPS & given a tracking number beyond the scope of what USPS insurance policy and what the USPS will cover.
Packing the boxes for item safety is per the discretion of the Auction House.
