For auctions contracted and managed by an Independent Affiliate, K-BID Online, Inc. is acting as a venue only and will not be involved in any disputes or issues regarding this auction.
Everything is sold “as is, where is” with no guarantees or warranties. You are responsible for inspecting items prior to purchase. If you feel a item was not listed properly, you have one week to make your case. If we feel a refund is in order, item will need to be returned to us within one week of removal. After that we cannot refund anything. Remember this is an auction. This is not a retail store.
There is a 13% BUYERS PREMIUM (13% BP) on this auction. All NON-Credit/Debit Card payments MADE IN-FULL (invoiced amount) will receive a 3% Reduction in BUYERS PREMIUM (10% BP). Applicable Minnesota Sales Tax will be collected. At the close of the auction active items will remain open until no bids have been received for three minutes. IMPORTANT NOTE: If the high bidder of an item does NOT acknowledge the purchase, K-BID systems reserves the right to determine how and to whom it will be resold.
Buyer is responsible for all loading and rigging and must bring sufficient help and equipment to load. Auctioneer, New And Used Sale, LLC, or removal location owner are not liable for injuries or damage during removal. At the time the winning bidder pays the invoice in full, ownership of the asset and risk of loss passes immediately to the bidder. If a winning bidder pays the invoice in full, but does not take possession of the assets during the removal day, ownership and risk of loss will still transfer to the bidder. If we determine that the winning bid was not a bona fide bidder, the item WILL NOT AUTOMATICALLY go to the next second-highest bid.

Platform Role

Bidder Responsibilities

Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.

All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.
Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.
Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.
We will combine shipping cost on multiple items to provide the best possible value. Ship-able items are considered those that will fit in a box one person can carry. Larger or heavier items can be secured to a pallet, and BUYER will be responsible to arrange a carrier (Spee Dee LTL is a good service) If you are unable to make the removal date, please contact Jeff at 320-327-2622 to discuss shipping. We offer very economical shipping, but only ship once per week, based on getting the most packages in the shipment from all our auctions. This means a particular package may not ship for up to a week, plus the carrier time. If you need faster service please call to discuss expedited Shipping Charges PRIOR to bidding. Items that are not PAID with a credit card over the phone or other means by the end of the pickup date will be considered no show and abandoned.
