The end of the summer season is upon us but that doesn't mean you have to miss out on one of these great summer items. Browse through our selection of sheds and boats (kayaks canoes and petal). All the sheds are new in box but they have been in warehouse for an extended period of time. It goes without say that there maybe some damaged panels. I highly recommend inspection in person. Boats and docks will have photos of actual item to browse through but i still recommend inspection. This auction will be AS-IS no if, ands, or buts about it. It us up to you as the bidder to contact me with any questions or schedule an inspection time.
Inspections are by appointment only. You must call ahead of time there are NO walk in dates available. My business hours are Tuesday through Friday 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.. Please do not call me past those business hours. Saturday pickups ARE NOT inspection days, so please thoroughly look over all pictures and descriptions before placing a bid or set up a inspection appointment.

There is a 13% BUYER'S PREMIUM (13% BP) on this auction. All NON-Credit/Debit Card payments MADE IN-FULL (invoiced amount) will receive a 3% Reduction in BUYERS PREMIUM (10% BP).
Applicable Minnesota Sales Tax and county taxes will be collected.
At the close of the auction active items will remain open until no bids have been received for three minutes. All winning items must be picked up on the specified removal day, or other arrangements must be made by purchaser.
Any paid-for items not picked up within 30 days by the purchaser will be considered abandoned property and forfeited without a refund.
IMPORTANT NOTE: If the high bidder of an item does NOT acknowledge the purchase, K-BID systems reserves the right to determine how and to whom it will be resold. If we determine that the winning bid was not a bona fide bidder, the item WILL NOT AUTOMATICALLY go to the next second-highest bid.

Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.
