FIREARM PURCHASING TERMS

"When you purchase a firearm, you will need to pass a NICS check. There is a $25.00 fee payable with application, plan on spending some time filling out the required paperwork to obtain a firearm.  If you are purchasing a handgun or rifle with pistol grip, you will need a valid permit to purchase or Minnesota Conceal and Carry permit.  If you do not pass the NICS check, the firearm will be resold on auction for you; however, you are still required to honor your bid and pay for your purchase. 

Your bidder information must match your real name. Your drivers license, and if needed, your permit to purchase or Conceal and Carry Permit must also match your bidder profile - name on the invoice. There are NO EXCEPTIONS TO THESE TERMS.

Items to be shipped or transported must be paid for before the removal day. No items will be released  or transported until fully paid for.

By placing a bid on this auction you are agreeing to the auction specific terms listed below in addition to K-BID user terms.  For auctions contracted and managed by an Independent Affiliate, K-BID Online, Inc. is acting as a venue only and will not be involved in any disputes or issues regarding this auction.

Everything is sold “as is, where is” with no guarantees or warranties. You are responsible for inspecting items prior to purchase.  Photos are provided for your convenience and do not provide a guarantee or warranty.  Every effort is made to provide accurate description and condition, however it is the bidder's responsibility to inspect items prior to purchase.

All items on this auction have been previously owned and are considered used unless specifically listed as New.

ONLINE BIDDING ONLY There is a 13% BUYERS PREMIUM (13% BP) on this auction. All NON-Credit/Debit Card payments MADE IN-FULL (invoiced amount) will receive a 3% Reduction in BUYERS PREMIUM (10% BP).  Credit Cards are accepted up to $5,000.00. We accept Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Money Orders, or Cashier's Checks. Business Checks only with bank letter showing proof of funds. No personal checks.

This auction will close 1 item per minute on the first lot starting at the posted time and then ten items per minute until all items have closed.  Standard overtime bidding rules will apply.(See next line) At The Close of The Auction Active Items Will Remain Open Until No Bids Have Been Received for Three Minutes.

If you are a buying for resale, please bring Tax ID Number(ST-3 Form).

If for any reason a trip outside the scheduled inspection and/or pickup times needs to be made to the auction site, there will be a minimum of $25.00 and a maximum of $100.00 that must be paid prior to scheduling an appointment.
