Amada LC667 Type II laser cutting machine. Serial No. ALC67002. Machine was built in 1991 and it is located in the original facility where it was put into service.
The LC 644 Type II and LC 667 Type II machines are rated as class IV laser systems. They have a continuous power output of over 1800 watts at 10.6 micrometers. The Helium-Neon laser is rated class II at a wavelength of 633 nanometers. The laser unit complies with all Federal regulations as originally produced by the manufacturer, Spectra-Physics. The machine shows 81,923 on the hour meter, but was completely refurbished @ 63, 976 hours (about 18,000 hours ago). We have the refurbishing field service report to show everything that was done. A user manual is included along with everything shown in the photos (except the gas tanks). There are also 3 clamps (not shown in photos) that are included, and if there are any spare parts they come across, they will give those to you. Machine weight is 9.5 tons and has a foot print of 16 feet x 32 feet. This machine was photographed and video shot the day before it went on this auction. It is a fully operational machine and currently in service. When you win this machine the removal will work this way: The auction closes on Friday, September 5th at 3:00 PM. Payment must be made by Noon on Monday, September 8th. Once payment has been confirmed you will have 7 days to remove the machine from the clients location in Golden Valley, MN. That means the machine must be totally removed from the sellers location by 4pm Monday, September 15th. This removal may take you a day or two, so keep that in mind when considering the deadline. At the time you make payment the your removal plan and time will be scheduled, so have that information ready. The seller will disconnect the machine prior to your arrival. Your team, your rigger, and your material handling equipment will disassemble the machine for transport and load it onto your vehicle. The seller will not assist in any way other that disconnecting the machine. The huge doorway to remove the machine is right next to it. A photo of the doorway has been provided to help you understand the logistics. Any size or type of flatbed or truck can be backed directly into the area of removal.
