Fully Modulating Boiler w/Outdoor Reset For Electric and Dual-Energy Installations
Thermolec electric boilers for radiant floor, baseboard and other hydronic heating applications. These modulating boilers are designed to be quickly and easily installed on a wall, requiring very little space and no venting. They offer a safe, reliable, low-maintenance operation and are ideal for new construction or retrofit applications.
STANDARD FEATURES
Mechanical:

· Approved for zero clearance to combustible materials

Electrical:
· Convenient plug-in electronic board controls all automatic functions
· Pre-wired elements electronically controlled for full modulation
· Quiet magnetic relays for heating elements and pump
· High-limit thermal protection
· Adjustable electronic hot water aqua-stat with wide range to suit all applications (80°F to 180°F)
· Outdoor reset control saves energy and improves comfort.
DUAL-ENERGY OPTION
· Dual Fuel Control Switch that allows for manual selection between gas/oil or electric boiler and automatically switches based on utility company's load management signal.

Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the independent auction company managing the auction.
