Great items here including some one of a kind Rail Road Items. Also some great signs and farm signs. You are responsible for removal on items. There is some great firewood. You are bidding on the wood only and not on any items on top of the pile. This is a great estate so bid, bid, bid!. If you are not able to pick up the signs they can be picked up in Mankato as long as they are paid for at the time pick up closes. Additional pick up times are available for $25.00.
THIS AUCTION IS ON THE SAME ROAD AS THE OTHER TWO FROM KASOTA. TECHNICALLY IT IS A ST. PETER ADDRESS BUT IT IS CLOSER TO KASOTA.

Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.
I will ship items that fit into a 12 x 12 x 10 inch box. Shipping is $6 plus postage.
