This auction contains more than 2750 yds of black out fabric. The fabric was ordered in error and can not be returned to the manufacturer - so this companies' loss is your gain. This fabric can be used for draperies, theater props, photography back drops, banquet tablecloths, banquet napkins, banquet chair covers, ENDLESS POSSIBILITIES....
WE CURRENTLY HAVE SWATCHES AVAILABLE. PLEASE CALL AND LET US KNOW IF WE CAN SEND A SWATCH TO YOU IN THE MAIL FOR INSPECTION.

This auction is contracted and managed by an independent auctioneer. By placing a bid, you agree to both the auction-specific terms listed on this page and the K-BID User Terms and Agreements.

Bidder Responsibilities

Inspection & Removal

Removal day is not an inspection day.

Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the independent auction company managing the auction.
WE DON'T SHIP ANYTHING, WE DON'T HOLD ANYTHING.
WHEN YOU PAY ONLINE AND DO NOT COME IN TO PICK UP YOUR MERCHANDISE DURING THE DESIGNATED REMOVAL DAYS AND TIMES LISTED FOR THAT AUCTION, YOU WILL BE CONSIDERED A "NO SHOW" BIDDER AND WILL BE GIVEN A REFUND WITHIN 24 HOURS. YOU WILL HAVE NO RIGHTS TO OBTAIN THE MERCHANDISE AND NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE. BY CHOOSING TO PAY ONLINE YOU ARE AGREEING TO THESE TERMS.
