Help with loading will not be available. Please bring the manpower, equipment, and vehicle needed to load the item. Items are at standard dock height. There is a ramp from dock height to ground level to roll items down with hand cart.
Pick up and removal time is not flexible. If you are unable to pick up the items during the scheduled pick up/removal date and time, please do not bid.

Bidder Responsibilities

Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.
Item Condition
All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.
Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.
Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.
Shipping for smaller items can be arranged for a handling fee of $10.00 per package and actual shipping charges. We use USPS Priority Mail boxes as best option for tools due to set rate for package size regardless of weight up to 70 pounds. No shipping on large items or items that will not fit in a USPS Priority Mail box. Payment for shipping must be paid in advance or items will not be shipped.
If you choose to pay for your items online prior to the scheduled pick up/removal date and fail to have the item picked up during the scheduled date and time, you forfeit all monies paid and the item. Pick up date/time is not flexible.
