This is a great auction with a lot of items slightly used in very good condition. The father passed away many years ago and a lot of these items just have not been used that much. There are tools, office printers, DVD/CD/VHS players and tapes, camping items, ladders, lawn and garden items, leaf blowers, shovels, brooms and rakes, camping items, ammo, BB gun, pool table, ping pong table, table saw, Schwinn bike, and much more.
Note: We will not have help to load items so you will need to bring adequate help for loading your items. Especially the pool table, ping pong table, Craftsman saw and Nordic Tract unit. Some of these items are large and very heavy. Call with questions.

Payments types accepted: Cash, Certified Check, Credit Card (Visa , Mastercard) or On Line Payment through K-Bid. For credit card payments please prepay through K-Bid as we will not have internet service on sight.
Early or late removal is unavailable per the sellers. If you prepaid for an item and fail to pickup the item at the appropriate pickup window you will lose your both payment and lot you won.
Please bring appropriate help to load you items as we will not have additional staff to assist loading large heavy items.
Applicable Minnesota & Anoka County Sales Tax will be collected.

Removal day is not an inspection day.

All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.
Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.

Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the independent auction company managing the auction.
No shipping is available as most of these items are too large.
For the pool table and other large items you need to bring your own help to move as we will not have extra help to help you move items
