Items in this auction are from a bulk shipment. They are often customer returns, returns due to invalid addresses, and shelf pulls. Our bulk shipment items have not been fully inspected for condition or completeness. Though most items are complete in good condition, some of these items may have damage or may be missing pieces. Incomplete or damaged merchandise is eligible for a return within 7 days of purchase.

This auction is contracted and managed by an independent affiliate. By placing a bid, you agree to both the auction-specific terms listed on this page and the K-BID User Terms and Agreements.
Platform Role
K-BID Online, Inc. (“K-BID”) operates and maintains K-BID.com as a venue for independent auction companies (“Affiliates”) to conduct online auctions.
Affiliates are independent entities and are not employees, agents, or representatives of K-BID. K-BID’s knowledge of individual auctions is limited to the information provided on the website.
Bidder Responsibilities
By placing a bid, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to comply with all applicable terms.
Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.
Item Condition
All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.
Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.
Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.

Note: We ship items through USPS or Fed-Ex only. If you prefer to use another shipping service through your own account, you must contact us prior to bidding to see if it is an option. There will be an additional handling/shipping charge if the shipment requires the use of our shipping supplies.
Credit card billing address' for payments made over the phone must match the shipping address. We will not ship an item to an address that does not match the billing address of the card being used for payment.
Items which are totaling over $150 will be shipped with insurance and/or signature confirmation for both parties protection. Shipping costs will reflect this. Combined shipping is available. Larger items may not be ship-able due to size / weight, please contact for details.
Payments must clear before an item is eligible for pick-up.
If payment is made on or before the final pick-up day but you are unable to pick-up your items, we will extend the pick-up time an additional 5 days. Items will be held for 5 days only. After the 5th day the item will be resold in our next auction.
SHIPPING: You must email us at crystalkbid@gmail.com prior to bidding for a shipping quote. Do not pay until a shipping charge has been established, not all items are available for shipping.
