This auction will take place at our warehouse located at 2105 Central Ave. NW East Grand Forks, MN (West of Northland Technical College). Inspection/viewing as well as payment and pickup will take place at this location.
*Items not PAID IN FULL and PICKED UP on the scheduled date will result in winning bidder being marked as "NO SHOW". All Paid In Full Items- MUST be picked up in 10 days or they will be forfeited with no refund, re-stocked and then resold.

This auction is contracted and managed by an independent affiliate. By placing a bid, you agree to both the auction-specific terms listed on this page and the K-BID User Terms and Agreements.

Bidder Responsibilities
By placing a bid, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to comply with all applicable terms.
Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.
Item Condition
All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.
Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.
Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.
WINNING BIDDERS MUST CALL TODD IN ORDER TO DETERMINE IF SHIPPING CAN BE ARRANGED. IF A DETERMINATION IS MADE THAT SHIPPING CAN BE ARRANGED A RETRIEVAL FEE OF $15.00 PER LOT IN ADDITION TO THE PACKAGE AND HANDLING FEE DESCRIBED BELOW WILL APPLY. SPECIAL REQUESTS CAN BE MADE FOR US TO RETRIEVE ITEMS AND RETURN TO OUR WAREHOUSE AND THESE ITEMS WILL INCUR A MINIMUM RETRIEVAL CHARGE OF $15.00 PER LOT WITH ALTERNATIVE PICKUP ARRANGEMENTS TO BE MADE BY WINING BIDDER FOR PICKUP AT A LATER DATE.

1 Lb to and up to 100 lbs We charge a Packaging/Handling fee of $7.75 per box (Not Lot) plus Shipping/Postage costs that apply and we ship via Speedy Delivery or USPS. ADDITIONAL CHARGES MAY APPLY FOR OR OVERSIZE ITEMS REQUIRING ADDITIONAL PACKAGING MATERIALS OR FOR PALLET CHARGES.
*Customer may choose to have shipment via UPS Ground or FEDEX Ground with $9.75 per box PACKAGING AND HANDLING fee plus SHIPPING CHARGES that apply.
