Pick up date and time is not flexible. If you are unable to have the item picked up during the scheduled removal date and time, please do not bid. If you choose to pay in advance of the scheduled pick up/removal time and fail to have the item picked up during the scheduled time, you forfeit both the monies paid and the item.
Assistance with loading is not available. Bring the necessary equipment, vehicle, and manpower needed to load the item.

At the close of the auction active items will remain open until no bids have been received for three minutes.

Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.

Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the independent auction company managing the auction.
Shipping for smaller items can be arranged for a handling fee of $10.00 per package and actual shipping charges. Shipping must be arranged in advance, not after the pick up date and time. NO SHIPPING OF FIREARM OR ANIMAL PELTS. Please call for details.
Due to the sale of firearms on this auction, online payments will not be accepted. If you purchase a non-firearm lot, please call Saturday, April14th between 10 am and 3pm, 651-600-4497 to arrange payment.
