All Lockers had the facility manager/landlord present at the time the locks were opened. None of the contents were moved or staged and pictures were taken from all angles possible to let bidders see the contents of the unit. The door was sealed, locked and pictures taken. (See Additional Images) You can rest assured that these units have not been gone through and they are in the condition that the renters left them.
The lockers were pictured to give you the best viewing possible.
PAYMENT MUST BE MADE ONLINE ONLY AT THE CLOSE OF THE AUCTION
All units require a $100 cleaning deposit, to be refunded when the unit is cleaned out completely.
ALL items must be removed from the premises. There are no dumpsters available on the property.
Removal by appointment: Removal can take place Monday 4/16 through Wednesday 4/18 with prior arrangements by contacting Todd at 701-317-0609.
