This auction features Ponderosa Pine Tongue and Groove OUTS. This means that the material may have some loose knots or other minor imperfections that will need to be removed from the material when installing it. We can show you how to cut this to maximize usage.
The material is dual pattern with Edge and Center Bead (ECB) on one side and Edge V-groove (WP4) on the other.
Inspections: Inspections can be done Monday thru Friday, 8 am - 3 pm until auction close. The payment/removal day is not an inspection day so inspect or ask questions before the auction closes.
Loading: We will load open trucks and trailers that are appropriate for hauling the material. Enclosed trucks or trailers will require hand loading by the buyer.
Alternate Removal: Alternate removals of up to one week will be granted with prompt payment on our published payment/removal date.

Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
