This is a Firestone Ride-Rite Helper Springs Air Bag Kit for towing. This is parts department overstock. I opened the boxes and checked components and everything looks to be there. I did not inventory all the fasteners, though - just checked that the bag of hardware was present.
Ride-Rite 2250 are the workhorse of Firestone's air helper spring line. The double convoluted air springs offer maximum load capacity as well as years of worry-free service and support for Chevy and GMC 2500/3500.
Ride-Rite air helper springs are installed between the frame of your vehicle and the suspension, providing load support by using air pressure.
This is an extremely popular kit for the 3/4 ton and 1 ton Silverado. Manual setup will allow for the Silverado to be leveled front to rear or side to side. You can add any of Firestone's on-board compressors in order to control the air springs from inside of the cab either individually or simultaneously.
Firestone's air springs have become synonymous with quality, durability, and customer support that is second to none. Ride-Rite air bag kits utilize a pair of convoluted air springs which can be adjusted to accommodate your load capacity. The Ride-Rite series is capable of 3,200 - 5,000 lbs. of load level capacity. After installed, your ride will be enhanced by reducing inter-leaf friction which will keep your truck level, reduce suspension fatigue, and increase the stability of your Chevy / GMC vehicle.
