Lot 0001 is a 2 slide destination style camper from Salem. This is a front kitchen layout with a center living area/bathroom and rear queen bed with plenty of cabinets and overheads. Large closets in the bathroom and bedroom areas provide for additional storage as well. This is a consignment from a customer who bought a new RV from our retail RV operation with working appliances, slide rooms and water system. The unit has evidence of prior water damage around the the slide rooms which is pretty common on campers of this age. There is also evidence of some prior water damage in the front cap and rear cap. The interior looks to be in good condition overall with wear and tear in line with the age of the unit. There are some nicks and scuffs on furniture, flooring and trim as you would expect and there is a crack in the shower surround. The exterior of the camper has peeling decals, scattered dings and small dents and some additional cables and screw holes from added accessories where it sat previously. The rear cap shows evidence of prior water damage with the corner trim pieces starting to separate. There is no awning on this unit and some wood pieces have been attached to the sides of the camper. There is a crack in the fiberglass door leading from the outside to the bedroom as well. Tires hold air and look to be in fair condition but of unknown age. Needs battery. This unit would still be good for a piece of land, building site or hunting camp with a little TLC and some resealing/repair.
